Patricia Plumley
Patricia has been enjoying great music-making and hours of fun-filled laughter with the Village Voices of Qualicum Beach since taking the helm in the fall of 2017. Never a dull moment and always a wonderful sense of community and commitment to singing!
She has been a member of the Vancouver Community College School of Music since 1988 teaching piano, voice, class piano, piano pedagogy, keyboard literature and coaching chamber music.
Patricia divides her time between the mainland and working here on the island with her private piano and voice students, the Village Voices of Qualicum Beach, the Berwick Bluebirds, A Cappella Plus, the Vancouver Island Symphony Noteworthy Kids Choir, and the Vancouver Island Choir.
Patricia is currently the Music Director at Knox United Church in Parksville and enjoys the many ways in which the music of Oceanside enriches her life!

Pianist,
Andrea Lahmer
Andrea completed her Bachelor of Music and Postgraduate Diploma in Collaborative Piano at the University of British Columbia. For 8 years she was on music staff at Vancouver Opera preparing the main stage shows, performing in the Vancouver Opera Orchestra and touring the province with Vancouver Opera in Schools.
Active in the community as well, Andrea co-founded the Stewarts Arts Council in 2012 bringing professional opera and dance performances to rural northern BC and in Melbourne, Australia. Andrea was a collaborative pianist at Melbourne University and Victorian College of the Arts in 2008-2009.
Andrea has performed at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, throughout Europe in Croatia, Scotland, Spain, Italy and Malta and has been heard numerous times on CBC Radio.
Andrea continues to be active in the mid-island musical scene as pianist with the Village Voices of Qualicum Beach and the Vancouver Island Symphony while pursuing her new career as a social worker.
