Youth Infusion

Village Voices” is a well-established community choir, serving the Oceanside area since 1992.
 
Our Music Director is Patricia Plumley, well known in this area as a music teacher and choir director. Piano accompaniment is provided by the talented Andrea Lahmer, who is also a local music teacher.

The “Youth Infusion” Initiative
 
We have recently changed the focus of our spring concerts to include local youth talent, and this has been received with great enthusiasm by our audiences, as well as our young performers. The youngsters were not only thrilled by the applause, but were doubly thrilled to be performing rather than competing, which is a rare opportunity for them.
 
We plan to continue with this “Youth Infusion” and want to raise awareness and public support for this performance opportunity for our youth.
